Sport & Culture
Healthy Mind, Healthy Body
Sport and Culture are an important part of our day at Greenfield.
As well as having Physical Education, Dance and Drama as part of our curriculum, we also offer sport and cultural activities after school.
Culture and clubs
Greenfield Girls’ Primary School has a holistic approach to education and we offer our girls ample opportunities to get involved in the arts. Each girl participates in drama, dance, class music and art classes as part of the curriculum. Individual music lessons, afternoon drama, dance and art classes are offered at parents’ own cost. Girls have the opportunity to be part of the choir (Junior and Senior) and the band.
An important part of the school is providing the girls with an opportunity to be part of a school production. Every few years, our talented drama and dance staff put together a school play in which every child participates.
We offer our Foundation Phase girls the opportunity to participate in Curious Cubs, and our Grade 6 and 7 girls take part in the Inter-Schools General Knowledge Quiz.
